On July 27, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the credentials from Enrique Ignacio Ferrer Vieyra, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that making more effective use of the existing potential of relations between the two countries, intensifying political dialogue, and strengthening institutional ties between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs are of particular importance.
It was also noted that Uzbekistan supports making trade and economic cooperation one of the key pillars of bilateral relations.
The Foreign Minister wished the Ambassador every success in carrying out his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.
