A meeting was held with the leadership of the representative office of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency in Uzbekistan
On January 15, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Munira Aminova met with the Head of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) Esin Adjar Ergin.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the current state and prospects of Uzbekistan-Turkey interaction.
The parties discussed the possibilities of implementing new joint projects in Uzbekistan. Special attention was paid to cooperation plans for 2026, as well as the search for new directions and formats of interaction.
In this context, interest in expanding cooperation in the field of education was emphasized, including the involvement of Turkish teachers and specialists in educational initiatives in Uzbekistan, the exchange of experience and the development of human resources.
Among the priority areas for interaction were identified healthcare, education, agriculture, as well as projects aimed at preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual readiness to further deepen the partnership and strengthen friendly ties between Uzbekistan and Turkey.
