On December 19, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev began his official visit to Japan with a meeting with Emperor Naruhito.
The Emperor of Japan, warmly welcoming the head of our state, noted that the current visit of the President of Uzbekistan is an important event in the further strengthening of Uzbek-Japanese relations of friendship and strategic partnership.
The leader of our country expressed deep respect and gratitude to Emperor Naruhito for his consistent support of irreversible reforms in New Uzbekistan.
