The sides discussed current aspects of the further development of multifaceted Uzbek-Serbian relations in the context of implementing the agreements reached at the highest level.
Priority attention was given to increasing trade turnover and preparing a cooperation program in such sectors as mechanical engineering, manufacturing, the chemical and electrical industries, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, tourism, and other areas.
The importance of further strengthening humanitarian cooperation was emphasized, including the organization of the first forum of rectors and mutual Days of Cinema and Culture.
The Presidents also exchanged views on current international issues and reviewed the schedule of upcoming high-level events.
