During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of bilateral cooperation on Afghanistan and emphasized their mutual interest in maintaining a regular dialogue on the Afghan settlement.
H. Andresen highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s efforts in developing a consolidated regional position on Afghanistan.
An exchange of views took place on the restoration of Afghanistan’s national economy, as well as the prospects for involving the country in regional connectivity processes.
