On June 10, 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirvokhid Azimov met with Daadankhuu Batbaatar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues on the agenda of comprehensive partnership between Uzbekistan and Mongolia.
In particular, they noted the high level of political cooperation and exchanged views on trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the fact that visits and contacts at various levels are planned for 2026 and agreed to continue close cooperation in implementing upcoming tasks.
