The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan strongly condemns the attempted attack involving an unmanned aerial vehicle directed towards the holy city of Mecca in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan strongly condemns the attempted attack involving an unmanned aerial vehicle directed towards the holy city of Mecca in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We express our full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and consider any actions that pose a threat to holy sites, civilians and civilian infrastructure unacceptable.
We call on all sides to exercise maximum restraint, strictly comply with the norms of international law, and respect the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of states.
We support efforts aimed at reducing tensions, preventing further spread of the conflict, and ensuring peace, security and stability in region.
