On July 7, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a farewell meeting with Huseyn Guliyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan.
On July 7, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a farewell meeting with Huseyn Guliyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, appreciation was expressed to the Ambassador for his invaluable contribution to strengthening the relations of strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan throughout his fourteen years of distinguished service in Uzbekistan.
It was noted that over these years he earned profound respect not only as an outstanding representative of Azerbaijan in Uzbekistan, but also as the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps.
Special attention was drawn to the fact that his significant contribution to strengthening the bonds of friendship and brotherhood between the two countries has been highly recognized in Uzbekistan. His being awarded the Orders of "Dustlik" and "Mehnat Shuhrati" stands as a testament to his many years of distinguished service.
At the conclusion of the meeting, gratitude was once again expressed to Ambassador Huseyn Guliyev for his devoted efforts in advancing Uzbekistan–Azerbaijan cooperation, and wishes were extended for good health, family well-being, and every success in his future endeavors.
