Entrepreneurs’ contribution to the development of the country highly appreciated

In accordance with a Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a group of entrepreneurs was awarded state awards in recognition of their significant contribution to the country's development, enhancing its export potential, ensuring sustainable growth of the national economy, attracting investments, producing import-substituting products, expanding modern services, as well as creating new jobs and sources of income.

In addition, entrepreneurs setting an example in ensuring the sustainable development of the national economy, further improving the business environment, establishing best practices and traditions in entrepreneurship, increasing production and export potential, as well as introducing innovative technologies, were awarded the "Faol tadbirkor" badge. The ceremony for presenting these awards took place today.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev sincerely congratulated those gathered on Entrepreneurs' Day.

It was noted that the country's entrepreneurs are effectively using the opportunities created and achieving significant results in various sectors of the economy through their initiative, knowledge, and experience.

They are implementing new investment projects, expanding the production of export-oriented and import-substituting products, developing modern types of services, and creating new jobs and sources of income for the population.

The growing number of entrepreneurs who are establishing best practices and traditions in their respective fields and introducing innovative technologies into business through their initiative, innovative approaches, and creative ideas was particularly noted.

In keeping with a good tradition established at the initiative of the President, leading entrepreneurs are honored each year with the country's high state awards. This year, special attention in selecting candidates was paid to entrepreneurs achieving tangible results in increasing production and exports, attracting investments, ensuring employment and improving the well-being of the population, as well as actively participating in public life.

At the ceremony, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented the state awards to the recipients.

The awardees expressed their gratitude to the President for his continued support and high recognition of their work.

The event was attended by representatives of state and public organizations, entrepreneurs, and members of the public.
