The Uzbek-Pakistani business conference began in Tashkent
Today the Uzbek-Pakistan business conference and award ceremony “International Achievement Awards and Business Opportunities Conference” began its work in the capital 2025.”
The event is held on the initiative of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad and organized jointly with the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry - RCCI (Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry) with the assistance of government and business structures of Uzbekistan.
I arrived in Tashkent to participate in the forum Pakistan's largest business delegation - more than 150 representatives of leading companies, industry associations, investment and logistics structures. Among the participants are RCCI President Usman Shawkat, RCCI Vice President Fahad Barlas, RCCI Chairman Shahraiz Ashraf Malik, as well as others.
The purpose of the conference is to expand trade and economic cooperation, develop investment projects and establish direct contacts between businesses of the two countries. Already on the first day, the Uzbek-Pakistan business forum, negotiations in B2B and B2G formats, presentations of the investment and export potential of Uzbekistan will be held in Tashkent.
The key event of the program will be the International Achievement Awards ceremony, which recognizes companies and entrepreneurs who have made a significant contribution to the development of international business integration and promotion joint initiatives.
As a result of the event, it is planned to sign memorandums and agreements on cooperation in the fields of industry, tourism, air travel, IT and the digital economy, as well as the stock market. This will allow us to launch new joint projects and expand the presence of Uzbek and Pakistani businesses in regional markets.
Based on the results of the preparatory work of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad, a practical platform was formed for direct interaction between entrepreneurs of both countries, which makes the conference one of the most significant events in bilateral economic relations.
