There is a new all-season resort in Bostanlik district
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the capabilities of the new tourist complex in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region.
In recent years The infrastructure is actively developing here, creating conditions for an interesting holiday at any time of the year. Such large facilities as Amirsay, Chinarkent, Charvak Gate, as well as modern hotels, recreation areas and catering establishments have already been put into operation.
Now they will be joined by the international all-season resort Chimgan. 1,278 hectares of land have been allocated for this project, implemented jointly with the French company MND. Within its framework, hotels and a cable car will be built, lifting tourists to a height of up to 3,300 meters above sea level. This will allow organizing full-fledged tourism throughout the year: in winter - alpine skiing and snowboarding, in other seasons - mountaineering, hiking tours and recreational recreation.
The head of state inspected the hotels, restaurants and shopping complexes of the resort. In particular, the six-story modern hotel will be able to accommodate 320 tourists and on average serve up to 45 thousand guests per year. It is important that the hotel management will be organized jointly with the Wyndham brand, which guarantees a high level of service and strengthens the international image of the country’s tourism industry.
As part of another project, apart-hotels on 5 and 7 floors, a seven-story hotel and a two-story restaurant were built. Their capabilities are designed to receive over 54 thousand tourists annually. More than 100 people will be employed here. In parallel, the construction of six chalet houses continues.
The President emphasized the importance of applying best practices in the construction of new complexes and organizing the service sector, as well as improving the skills of personnel. Instructions were given to actively promote the region's opportunities on tourism platforms and attract both local and foreign tourists.
A parking lot with 300 spaces has been created on the territory of the complex, the first floor of which is reserved for a restaurant, a children's playground and retail premises. This provides not only convenience, but also the opportunity for guests to receive a wide range of services in one place.
In general, thanks to the all-season Chimgan resort, thousands of new jobs will appear in the service sector, and the local population will have a stable source of income. Modern service will attract more foreign and local tourists.
The development of tourism in Bostanlik is closely related to other industries, changing the economic image of the region. The number of retail and service outlets is increasing, and the traffic flow is growing. As part of the project, a road tunnel was built, which became an important element of the entire infrastructure.
The tunnel includes a 1,450-meter section of road, two bridges and pedestrian paths. It significantly shortens the route to the mountain resorts of the region, increases safety and facilitates traffic flow. More than 500 cars per hour will be able to move unhindered and comfortably through the tunnel.
It was noted that convenient roads are the most important factor for fully unlocking the region’s tourism potential and economic development. The need for a careful attitude towards nature and the formation of an ecological culture for vacationers was also emphasized.
Such projects not only create comfort for tourists, but also strengthen the investment attractiveness and cultural value of our country. Today Bostanlyk is becoming one of the brightest centers of tourism, where natural beauty is harmoniously combined with modern complexes and a high level of service.
