The quality of services for the agricultural industry is improving
As part of his trip to Jizzakh region, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev also visited the AgroMarkaz complex of agricultural enterprises in the Sharaf-Rashidov district.
Thanks to the attention paid to the development of agriculture in our country, the capabilities of this industry are expanding, which is an important factor in improving productivity. Agricultural centers are being organized in the regions, with the help of which farmers and dekhkans are provided with comprehensive services.
Such a center began to function in the Sharaf-Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region.
The center offers services such as a plant protection laboratory, a veterinary pharmacy, agronomist consultations, the supply of seeds and seedlings, the construction of greenhouses in households, sale of mini-equipment and its servicing.
Here all agricultural services are organized according to the “single window” principle. On the ground floor of the center, which occupies an area of one hectare, there are stores of plant protection products and seed material, a veterinary pharmacy, an agricultural market, premises for mobile teams and 8 other office premises.
The plant protection laboratory is located on the second floor. In addition, there is a room for soil and water analysis, as well as entomology and phytopathology rooms.
The complex also houses the regional department of agriculture, branches of the Agricultural Development Agency, agroinspectorate, seed center, karakul breeding association, as well as other organizations serving the agricultural sector.
Chapter of our state got acquainted with the activities of the agricultural center and made recommendations for further expansion of its activities, expanding the range of services provided, and creating added value in agriculture.
