Tashkent welcomes the traditional Textile Week of Uzbekistan Global Textile Days
On September 9–11, the autumn part of the 30th anniversary exhibition season will open in all pavilions of the NEC “Uzexpocenter” Textile Week of Uzbekistan Global Textile Days, held by Iteca Exhibitions.
The week includes:

Uzbekistan is strengthening its status as a Central Asian hub for the textile and fashion industry, overcoming the challenges of global trade and logistics thanks to decisive government measures: the creation of the Light Industry Development Agency with a $200 million fund and the announcement by the President of the country of “Shock 100 days” of support for the industry. Along with efforts by the textile business community to diversify production, these steps are aimed at modernizing production, expanding exports and gaining a foothold in the European and US markets. In this context, the holding ofGlobal Textile Daysin September takes on particular relevance: the synergy of the CAITME and TextileExpo Uzbekistanexhibitions opens up unique opportunities for domestic manufacturers - from studying the latest technologies and equipment to promoting their own products on the international market.
The CAITME platform is the main national exhibition project in the field of equipment for one of the most important and export-oriented sectors of the economy, the textile and clothing and knitting industry - this is a unique international technology exhibition in the region. According to an independent audit of the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), it ranks first among similar events in the CIS countries and is the second largest on the Eurasian continent. Since the founding of the exhibition in 2004, recognized leaders of textile engineering and suppliers of the most advanced technologies from Europe and Asia regularly participate in it.
The event is traditionally supported by key ministries and departments, attended by professionals and expert delegations of buyers from the Central Asian region (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan), leading investors, representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations. The exhibition served as a starting point for many leaders in the textile engineering industry to enter the market of Uzbekistan, who operate in the field of partnerships, joint ventures, and investments.

The general sponsor of the exhibition isMAIB - the Association of Exporters of Engineering Products of Turkey under the brand Turkish Machinery. Founded in 2002, the association unites more than 25,000 exporters and plays a key role in the development and promotion of Turkish mechanical engineering on the world market.
The exhibition will be displayed in pavilions No. 1, 2, 3 and Atrium 1 hall of the Uzexpocenter NEC and for the convenience of visitors will bedivided into sections:
Pavilions No. 1, 2 and Atrium 1will present equipment, components, auxiliary machines and solutions for spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing and finishing industries.
Pavilion No. 3for the second year will house more sewing technologies in demand by a wide range of buyers: sewing machines, automated sewing systems, cutting devices, sewing production software and much more.
This year, a prominent place in the CAITME exhibition will traditionally be occupied by well-known global companies and brands from Europe and Asia: Truetzschler, Groz-Beckert, Mahlo, Habasit, MHMS, Vandewiele NV, IRO, Biancalani, Corino, Ferraro, Itema, Lafer, Mario Crosta, Motex Di Modiano Guido, Salvade`, Simet, Dilmenler, Dalgakiran, Mersan, Temsan, Lakshmi Machine Works, Lakshmi Card Clothing, Perfect Equipments, CTMTC, Hengyi, Leadsfon, Rifa, Yingyang and many others.
The exhibition is planned to demonstrate new products in action. Thus, the leader in the field of knitting equipment - Santoni - will demonstrate for the first time three machines under different brands: Jingmei - JFG, Santoni - Zenit HS2, Pilotelli - JJVCE-4. These machines combine European technology with Asian efficiency and cover a wide range of needs of the modern market.
We also note the debutants of the event - companies that already have a strong reputation as reliable manufacturers and suppliers on the world market: Samatex (Germany) - accessories for spinning equipment, Smartex Europe, Unipessoal Lda (Portugal) - software for knitting shops, Ab Card Clothing (India) - accessories for spinning equipment, Stylon (Russia) - automation systems for garment factories, Kyang Yhe Delicate Machine Co.,LTD. (Taiwan) - jacquard needle punching machines and other well-known companies and brands.
The share of foreign participants at the exhibition is 82%.
The Top 5 by the number of participants among foreign countries included: China (57 companies), Turkey (40 companies), India (20 companies), Italy (14 companies), Germany (10 companies).
Traditionally, the national pavilion of the Republic of Korea will be organized at the CAITME exhibition with the support of KOTMI (Korea Textile Machinery Convergence Research Institute). The delegation includes recognized manufacturers and industry leaders who will present advanced technologies and equipment for non-woven production, twisting equipment, printing, finishing and lamination of textiles and much more!
European technologieswill be represented by countries such as Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland.
This year, the International Exhibition of Textile and Clothing Industry - TextileExpo Uzbekistan celebrates its 25th anniversary - a significant milestone that symbolizes the sustainable development of the industry, its international recognition and confident movement forward.
From 2004 to 2017, the exhibition was held under the TextileExpo Uzbekistan brand, in 2018–2024 it was known as UzTextileExpo, and starting this year it returned to its historical name.
Over a quarter of a century, over3,500 companies from 41 countries, its exposition was visited by more than 126,000 professionals.
From the very foundation, TextileExpo Uzbekistan has remained true to its mission: supporting national manufacturers, promoting Uzbek products on the world market and strengthening the image of Uzbekistan as a reliable partner in the textile industry. The exposition of TextileExpo Uzbekistan Autumn 2025 will be located in Pavilion No. 4 and Atrium 2 Hall and will cover the entire range of textile and light industry: from yarn, fabrics, knitwear and silk to home textiles, hosiery, dyes, chemicals, accessories, footwear, as well as solutions in the field of printing and packaging.

One of the key components of the Global Textile Days will be the business program, which will be held on the second day - September 10 in the Atrium 2 hall. Its central theme is "Central Asia as a manufacturing hub: resilience against global challenges."The event will become a dynamic international platform for dialogue between manufacturers, brands, retailers, government agencies and experts, where ways to position Central Asia as a sustainable and responsible center for the global textile and apparel industry will be discussed. As part of the program, participants will gain practical knowledge about new technologies, digitalization and automation, which help reduce costs and increase the efficiency of factories. Particular attention will be paid to strategies for entering new markets, including Russian and international online retail, digital labeling issues, the introduction of artificial intelligence and energy-saving solutions.
