A meeting took place with the Ambassador of Latvia to Uzbekistan
On January 13, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to Uzbekistan Girts Jaunzems.
During the conversation, the parties discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation, as well as promising areas of trade, economic, transport, logistics, cultural and humanitarian interaction in the context of Afghanistan.
G. Jaunzems expressed hope for further strengthening of bilateral cooperation and continuation of constructive dialogue on the Afghan track.
