On October 8, 2026, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Sheikh Khalid Al-Maslahi.
During the talks, the sides discussed cooperation in strengthening political dialogue between the two countries, developing trade, economic, investment, and cultural-humanitarian ties, as well as expanding interaction within international organizations.
Views were also exchanged on topical issues of the regional agenda, and the schedule and agenda of upcoming joint events at various levels were reviewed.
