Dear compatriots!
Dear guests!
I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, congratulate you, all our multinational people, on the ancient and eternally young holiday of Navruz.
We thank the Almighty for celebrating these together with our people bright days in peace and tranquility.
This year Navruz takes place in the blessed month of Ramadan in harmony with its sacred values, which gives the holiday a special, even deeper meaning.
On these blessed days, when our hearts are filled with joy, we once again congratulate the Muslims of the country, the entire Islamic ummah on the holy month of Ramadan, we wish fulfillment of good hopes and aspirations.
I also sincerely congratulate our compatriots who live in foreign countries, keeping love for the Motherland in their hearts, I express my best wishes to them.
Happy holiday to all of you!
Dear friends!
Throughout the entire three-thousand-year history of our statehood, Navruz has played a truly invaluable role in the spiritual life of the people.
Many scientific, historical and artistic works are dedicated to this wonderful holiday, rightfully considered the pearls of our national heritage.
It can be called a real miracle that over the centuries, in the most difficult and complex During testing periods, our people managed to carefully preserve the unique values of this noble holiday.
And in the era of globalization, the unique beauty, humanistic spirit and deep philosophy of Nowruz continue to delight millions of people on earth, which testifies to its ancient roots and life-affirming power.
During the days of Navruz, the harmony of man and nature, his creative potential and energy, such best qualities as generosity, kindness and mercy are especially clearly manifested.
With the onset of Navruz, our farmers, caring for abundance in the homes of their compatriots, cultivate the fields with love for their native land, tirelessly are working to grow a rich harvest.
Deep life meaning lies in the wise words of our great ancestor Mir Alisher Navoi that, by sowing the fields, they create the basis for the wealth and well-being of the people.
In such spring moments, when the desire for work and creativity intensifies in our hearts, an atmosphere of awakening is felt everywhere and renewal, we express special gratitude to our skillful farmers and farmers, gardeners and livestock breeders.
Undoubtedly, this high creative spirit is in tune with the very essence of large-scale reforms and dynamic transformations being carried out in New Uzbekistan.
Today we are confidently moving along the path of ensuring interests, honor and dignity in the country people, strengthening the principles of social justice, increasing incomes and living standards of the population.
Many modern industrial complexes, infrastructure and logistics facilities, roads and railways are being built. The areas of business, IT and tourism are rapidly developing. Thousands of new buildings and residential buildings, kindergartens and schools, universities, hospitals, cultural and sports facilities are being erected. Cities and villages are being transformed, our entire republic is being transformed.
As part of the national project “Yashil Makon”, a new ecological environment is being created in the country.
High ecological culture - in particular, the annual planting of millions of seedlings, the creation of gardens, the conservation of wildlife, the rational use of land - is becoming an integral part of our everyday life.
I am convinced that large-scale work within the framework of the State program "Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy" will bring these processes to a higher level.
It is known that from time immemorial our people have called Navruz “the beginning of the year.” Like our ancestors, we greet this wonderful day with good wishes.
May the Eastern New Year be blessed, our rivers full-flowing, our harvests rich!
Health and prosperity to our respected builders, teachers and mentors, doctors, entrepreneurs, defenders of the Motherland!
May all our grandiose plans be realized, high goals achieved milestones that we have set for ourselves!

Always remember that behind you is a great, almost 38 million people. And I, as President, will do everything to ensure that each of you takes a worthy place in life.
May success always accompany you!
Dear participants of the celebration!
The unique beauty and charm of Navruz are primarily reflected in folk sayils, festive events held in almost 9.5 thousand mahallas of the country.
In our lives, the role and influence of the mahalla system, which embodies thousand-year-old traditions and modern values of the people, is increasingly growing.
The effectiveness of the ongoing reforms is especially enhanced by the fact that many issues are being resolved today in the mahalla itself.
Such important tasks as educating youth, ensuring peace, reducing poverty, attracting the population to entrepreneurship, strengthening social protection and women's activity, environmental protection and improvement, are solved thanks to the “makhalla seven.”
As you know, elections of mahalla chairmen will be held in the country this year. I am confident that during this important process, compatriots will vote for selfless and patriotic citizens.
The comprehensive development of mahallas will continue to be the focus of our attention.
I take this opportunity to sincerely congratulate our people, activists of self-government bodies on the Day of Mahalla System Workers, which is widely celebrated in the country On March 22, I wish you great success in their responsible activities.
