The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received on April 7 the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, who heads the Russian delegation at the 150th anniversary Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
At the beginning of the meeting, the head of our state cordially congratulated Valentina Matvienko on her birthday, warmly wishing her good health, prosperity and great success.
The Chairman of the Federation Council expressed sincere gratitude to the leader of Uzbekistan and conveyed greetings and best wishes to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
