The President of Uzbekistan received the Prime Minister of Tajikistan
As part of the program of the Tashkent International Investment Forum, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda.
At the beginning of the meeting, Kohir Rasulzoda conveyed to the leader of our country warm greetings and best wishes from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
Current issues of further deepening the Uzbek-Tajik relations of friendship, good neighborliness, strategic partnership and alliance were considered in the context of implementation agreements at the highest level.
The highest level of multifaceted cooperation achieved was noted with satisfaction. The volumes of trade turnover and cargo transportation are growing, cooperation projects are being implemented in industry, energy, electrical engineering, textile, agriculture and other priority sectors.
Fruitful interregional contacts and active cultural and humanitarian exchange are being carried out.
The importance of forming a new economic agenda is emphasized partnership, development of effective measures to increase trade turnover, active promotion of cooperation projects and cross-border cooperation.
