With the assistance of Citigroup, bonds of Uzbek banks and state-owned enterprises were successfully placed on international stock markets. An office of the company has been opened in Tashkent.

IPO transactions for large state-owned enterprises, the issuance of Eurobonds, advisory assistance to ensure an increase in the country's rating, as well as the development of financial solutions and the launch of new trade finance instruments.
Agreements have been reached on the adoption of a “road map” to expand mutually beneficial cooperation with the corporation.
