The President of Uzbekistan received the Russian delegation
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received on December 3 the delegation of the Russian Federation led by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, who arrived in our country to participate in the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission.
The meeting was also attended by the heads of the Nizhny Novgorod and Omsk regions, Bashkortostan and the Krasnoyarsk Territory of Russia.
At the beginning of the conversation, the distinguished guest conveyed sincere greetings and best wishes to the leader of our state from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
The issues of practical implementation of the agreements reached following the summit meetings on the basis of the “road map” were considered.
The steady growth in trade volumes, the implementation of projects in industry, energy, transport, metallurgy, chemistry and other sectors were noted with satisfaction.
The importance of taking coordinated measures aimed at maintaining the dynamics was emphasized trade turnover, acceleration of cooperation projects in priority sectors of the economy, including within industrial zones, continuation of active contacts at the regional and business level.
In this context, the fruitful results of today's meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission and business events in the city of Tashkent were highly appreciated.
Also on the sidelines of the meeting, the heads of leading Russian companies presented to the leader of our country specific plans for implementation of projects in the field of IT, energy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, textile and food industries.
