President reviewed projects that won the 'President Tech Award' competition
President Mirziyoyev reviewed presentations of President Tech Award winners. The competition selects outstanding projects in AI, fintech, gaming and other areas. Participants grew from 4,000 to 6,000, teams from 444 to 862.
During the dialogue with youth held on February 24 at the Kuksaroy residence, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the presentation of winners of the project "Best Startup in Digital Technologies" - "President Tech Award".
The competition has been organized by the Technology Park directorate with support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies since 2023. The total prize fund is 1 million dollars.
The competition selects outstanding projects in artificial intelligence, social technologies, MicroSaaS and AdTech, financial technologies and entrepreneurship, gaming programs, and a special category - hackathon.
While more than four thousand people participated in the first competition, by 2025 their number reached six thousand. The number of teams increased from 444 to 862.
Winners told the head of state about their startup projects, advantages and practical applications.
The President said the government is ready to create conditions for small startups to grow into large profitable businesses.
It was emphasized that by supporting youth interests, the foundation for future professions is being laid. Funding for startup support will be increased.
