President Shavkat Mirziyoyev concludes his official visit to Belarus
The official visit of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Republic of Belarus has concluded. At the capital's airport, the distinguished guest was seen off by President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

During the visit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held talks with his Belarusian counterpart in a restricted format and with the participation of the official delegations.
The leaders advocated further developing political dialogue and strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation. The parties reaffirmed their firm commitment to the long-term development of a multifaceted partnership and considered new project initiatives in priority areas.
Following the talks, the Presidents signed a Declaration on establishing a strategic partnership, and in their presence, a number of bilateral documents were also exchanged.
In statements to the media, it was noted with satisfaction that the official visit had become a historic event in the development of Uzbek-Belarusian relations and marked the beginning of a new chapter in strengthening interstate cooperation.
Upon the conclusion of the official visit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Tashkent.
