At Issyk-Kul International Airport in Cholpon-Ata, they were welcomed by President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov and his wife.
In honor of the distinguished guests, the national flags of the two countries were raised, and a guard of honor was lined up.
Today, during the talks, the leaders will discuss ways to deepen the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and elevate it to a new level.
The President of Uzbekistan is also scheduled to participate in the informal Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and Azerbaijan.
