In Ankara, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Kamil Süleyman Yazıcı, Chairman of Anadolu Group.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that the holding company’s substantial investments in soft drink production and the automotive industry in Uzbekistan demonstrate its confidence in the reforms being implemented in the country.
In particular, the parties discussed additional investment projects to modernize the SamAuto plant in Samarkand, expand its production capacity, and increase export volumes.
Promising areas of cooperation, including the entry of a major Turkish retail chain into the Uzbekistan market, the construction of a livestock complex, and the establishment of meat and dairy production facilities, were also addressed at the meeting.
