At the beginning of the conversation, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze warmly congratulated President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday, wishing him good health and well-being, and peace and prosperity for the friendly people of Uzbekistan.
The two leaders discussed current issues related to the further development of the Uzbek-Georgian strategic partnership.
Particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Georgia on 2-3 July this year.
