We are rightfully proud of you - continuers of the glorious traditions of the great ancestors, faithful sons of the Motherland, determined and merciless to the enemy, vigilant and always ready to repel the enemy’s onslaught in combat formation.

I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the parents who raised such fearless, courageous and courageous heroes for our country, to their families, who throughout the years of military service share with them all the joys and hardships and remain a reliable support and support.

In recent years, within the framework of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy, we have been carrying out large-scale work to increase the combat power of our Armed Forces, which are becoming one of the reliable guarantors of the irreversibility of our reforms. In particular, the management and support system is being improved and modernized on the basis of modern information technologies; professional officers and sergeants are joining the army, having received educational training according to new standards.

The level of combat training of personnel, the professional, intellectual and spiritual potential of military personnel are consistently increasing. The Armed Forces are gradually being equipped with modern weapons and military equipment. Effective work continues aimed at increasing interest among young people in military service, educating them in the spirit of patriotism and further strengthening the close connection and unity of the people and the army.

Today we all see and realize how rapidly the situation on the political and military map of the world is changing.

In different regions, the geopolitical situation is becoming more and more complicated, conflicts and bloodshed are intensifying. Modern technologies, new generation weapons are appearing, the strategy and tactics of combat operations are being improved.

Based on this, we will modernize combat methods and control based on modern requirements, paying special attention to the education of highly qualified military personnel who are fully prepared for new conditions.

Our priority task will remain to constantly increase the morale and physical training of military personnel, strengthening their patriotic feelings. Since the outcome of any battle is decided by knowledge and qualifications, will and determination, self-confidence and fighting qualities of personnel.

The focus of our attention will always be on equipping the national army with modern weapons and military equipment, including robotic systems based on artificial intelligence, and further introducing advanced information technologies into the processes of command and control and decision-making.

We will strengthen work aimed at increasing the efficiency of social protection and increasing the well-being of military personnel and members of their families. In this direction, we will pay special attention to the active participation of state and civil institutions, the general public.

Every serviceman should always feel the unity of the army and the people, the support of the entire 38 million population of Uzbekistan and draw strength, energy and inspiration from this.

I am convinced that our valiant warriors, who are second to none in courage and enthusiastically, deeply studying the unfading legacy of our heroic ancestors, who fought fearlessly and never bowed their heads before the enemy, will always follow their behests and fulfill their sacred duty to the country with honor.
