Thanks to your determination and courage, devotion to your native country, the peace and tranquility of our people is ensured, the defense potential of the state is strengthened, the combat capability of the national army increases.
These days, when military feats are glorified throughout the country, we all pay tribute to the unfading memory of our heroic soldiers who died in the line of duty to the Motherland.
I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the parents who raised the brave defenders of the Motherland, their family members, who are their support and support in military service.
Dear friends!
As a result of large-scale reforms implemented in recent years, our Armed Forces are in fact the guarantor of the country's independence, the inviolability of its borders, the peaceful and quiet life of the people.
All types of troops are equipped with modern weapons and equipment. The combat and moral-psychological training of military personnel is constantly improving. The national army is becoming a school of courage and glory for our youth.
The most important thing is that our people and army are united, which gives new strength and quality to the development of the military sphere.
We are all very pleased that today the younger generation is becoming more interested in military service, thousands of young men and women choose the honorable profession of defender of the Motherland. In the faces of such young people with fiery hearts, we see future heroes, officers and generals of our Armed Forces, skilled commanders.
At the same time, we all understand well that in the current extremely difficult situation, when various challenges and threats, armed conflicts and confrontations are intensifying throughout the world, increasing the combat potential of our Armed Forces, the physical and moral training of military personnel is becoming more important than ever.
In this regard, we must raise the work we have begun in this direction on the basis of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy to a qualitatively new level. We will continue to equip the Armed Forces with new, modernized fire systems and equipment, taking into account the characteristics of the theater of operations and priority areas of troop development.
We will pay special attention to increasing the intellectual potential of military personnel, patriotic education of youth, improving the quality of primary military education in schools, strengthening work on preparing students for military service.
Our priority task is always growth in the professional skills of soldiers and officers, the effectiveness of education and training in military schools, and the creation of a reserve of qualified military personnel will remain.
The focus of our attention will continue to be issues of social protection and comprehensive support for military personnel, members of their families, and veterans of the Armed Forces.
Undoubtedly, the active participation in the implementation of these important tasks of the military-administrative sectors, government and public organizations, and the general public is of great importance. After all, work carried out on the basis of dialogue with the people and with their participation will certainly give a huge positive result.
In general, today all of us, regardless of our field of activity or status, must be defenders of the Motherland. Time itself puts forward this requirement to us as a priority task, this is what our people expect from us.
Dear defenders of the Motherland!
On this joyful day, when we honor the defenders of our native country, who reliably guard our peace and tranquility, I once again congratulate you with all my heart on this glorious holiday.
I wish you all new achievements in fulfilling your official duty, good health, peace and prosperity to your families.
