In intense and uncompromising competitions held in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the participation of more than 1,500 athletes from 35 Asian countries, you demonstrated true qualities of courage and perseverance, became real heroes of the competition and opened another bright page in the history of the Paralympic movement of Uzbekistan.
Throughout this prestigious sports forum, you were supported by the multinational people of our country, who sincerely wished you victories and success.
With all our hearts I congratulate you on the fact that, having justified this high trust, you took first place in the team competition on the continent, winning 99 gold, 57 silver and 41 bronze medals, and rose to the highest step of the podium!
The fact that during the tournament the anthem of Uzbekistan was played almost 100 times is clear evidence of your invaluable contribution to increasing the glory of our Motherland on the world stage.
Thanks to your enormous perseverance, unbending will and determination, you managed to get ahead of the strongest teams of countries such as Iran, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia, where national sport is developing especially dynamically.
Such a record result and There has never been such a great victory in the history of Uzbekistan’s participation in the Para-Asian Games.
Without any doubt, you, the young generation and highly qualified specialists who shape the glorious history and traditions of national sports, deserve the highest recognition and applause.
All our people, our entire Motherland is proud of you. You are the golden generation, golden representatives of the Paralympic movement of Uzbekistan.

Particular mention should be made of our parapowerlifters - Bakhriddin Kholbutaev, Elbek Farkhadov, Oyshajon Razhabboev, Rukhshon Uktamov, who set world records in their weight categories, as well as Nurillo Inobiddinov, Ezozu Abdujabborova, Azizbek Perdebaev, Rukhshon Uktamov, Ziyodakhon Bakijonova, Zukhra Yuldasheva, Gulyuz Nematullaeva, who set Asian records.
Another important historical result: our athletes Madina Mukhtorova, Farogat Muhammadkulova, Mokhichehra Ibragimova in the disciplines of shot put and javelin throw in para-athletics did not leave their rivals a single chance, having won the entire set of medals for Uzbekistan.
All these achievements are the result of your tireless work, unbending will, talent and skill, as well as consistent state policy aimed at truly ensuring the value of human dignity.
Your outstanding victory once again showed in practice what high heights the young people of New Uzbekistan are capable of achieving. This victory will undoubtedly become a source of pride and inspiration, a school of great experience for thousands of our young men and women.

As you know, our country recently adopted a separate resolution aimed at the further development of the Paralympic movement.
I am convinced that this decision will create additional conditions and new opportunities for your future activities and will further strengthen your sporting achievements.
It is important to note that in recent years we have created the National Social Protection Agency, as well as the activities of a separate Association of Adaptive Sports have been established.
In addition, the School of Courage and a specialized institute for training professional personnel in this field have been established in this system.
As a result, the number of areas of adaptive sports has been increased to 89, and the number of people regularly involved in these sports in the mahallas of our country has exceeded 45 thousand people.
Reforms aimed at creating an inclusive society and ensuring social adaptation of persons with disabilities will continue to consistently continue.
Once again, I sincerely congratulate you, my dear boys and girls, who are an example of love and devotion to the Motherland, strong will and perseverance for millions of our compatriots, on your historic victory at the youth Para-Asian games, I wish you all good health, and in your future activities - new great successes and victories.
