The leaders of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan reviewed current issues on the bilateral agenda
On April 5, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The heads of state discussed current issues on the bilateral and multilateral agenda.
Important attention was paid to accelerating the implementation of projects and cooperation programs in the trade, economic, investment and humanitarian spheres.
The schedule of upcoming summit meetings was considered.
There was also an exchange of views on issues of regional cooperation, including within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States and the Economic Cooperation Organization.
