Head of state visits copper pipe and fittings manufacturing enterprise
As part of a trip to the Tashkent region, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the activities of the Infinity Copper Group enterprise in the Akhangaran region, specializing in the production of copper pipes and fittings.
The President was informed that the project is being implemented in cooperation with companies from China and Germany on an area of 10 hectares, its total cost is $36 million.
Construction work here has been completed by 90 percent, $14.9 million of investments have been spent within the project.
In 2025, copper pipes and fittings worth $15 million were imported to Uzbekistan. It is expected that after the full launch of the enterprise, $10 million worth of import-substituting products will be produced.
The enterprise will create 300 new jobs, provide budget revenues in the amount of 200 billion soums and exports worth $350 million. Products will be supplied to the United Arab Emirates, the African continent, the USA and European countries.
The Infinity Copper Group enterprise is a leading manufacturer of copper pipes and fittings in Uzbekistan and includes four production plants.
The President of our country emphasized the importance of further development of the production of copper pipes and fittings, increasing the share industrial products with high added value.
It is noted that by increasing the number of such modern, competitive enterprises, it is necessary to ensure full satisfaction of the needs of the domestic market and further expansion of export potential.
