State awards are a sign of attention and trust of young people
In accordance with the decree and resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 28, in order to comprehensively support the younger generation and increase their activity in state and public life, a group of leading young men and women were awarded a medal "Kelajak Bunyodkori" and the state award "Mard uglon".
On June 30, on Youth Day, the ceremony of presenting these awards took place at the International Congress Center in Tashkent.
At the beginning of his speech, the head of state congratulated the boys and girls on the holiday. He has put forward important initiatives for quality education for children, preparation for admission to foreign universities, support for start-ups and youth initiatives, and employment. During the meeting, an open dialogue with young people took place.
Then President Shavkat Mirziyoyev personally presented state awards to youth.
– Action in youth is the key to success in the future. A friend acquired in youth is a partner and support for life. Never forget: a people and a state whose children are educated, healthy, courageous and purposeful will definitely have a bright future. “I wish that all the youth of Uzbekistan have exactly these qualities,” said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The awardees expressed sincere gratitude for the opportunities created by the state and emphasized their determination to achieve even greater success and justify the trust of the people.
The event was attended by representatives of government and public organizations, intellectuals and parents.
