Heads of state launched new cooperation projects
At the end of the second meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in the launch ceremony of major projects cooperation.
In particular, the activities of the International Center for Industrial Cooperation "Central Asia"
and the new head office of "Tenge Bank" in Tashkent have been launched.
The construction of a multi-disciplinary logistics center "Silkway Central Asia", production facilities for production of linear alkylbenzene, the Astana quarter in New Tashkent, as well as the Tashkent and Astana hotel complexes in the capitals.
The Presidents of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan expressed confidence that these projects will give additional impetus to the development of mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
