A delegation of Uzbekistan led by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs visited Qatar
On February 15, as part of a visit to Qatar, a delegation led by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloev held a number of meetings with representatives of official and business circles.
The parties exchanged views on issues of further deepening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Qatar, as well as expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation.
At the meeting with Khalid bin Muhammad al-Attiyah, head of the Al Attiyah Group, issues of enhancing trade and economic ties, attracting investments and implementation of mutually beneficial joint projects.
During negotiations with Ali Bin Fetais Al-Marri, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Center for the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption of the State of Qatar, an agreement was reached on the implementation of additional measures aimed at further developing cooperation in the field of anti-corruption, sharing experience and enhancing interaction mechanisms between responsible departments.
In During the conversation with the executive director of the Qatar Charitable Foundation, Nawaf Al-Hammadi, attention was paid to the implementation of joint projects in Uzbekistan in the socio-economic and humanitarian spheres.
