On July 6, a videoconference meeting was held with the participation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Agency for Vocational Education, and the heads of Uzbekistan’s diplomatic missions and consular offices abroad.
The meeting focused on training specialists in line with the needs of foreign labor markets, organizing educational programs with the participation of employers, improving mechanisms for graduate employment, diversifying overseas employment opportunities, and attracting new employers and job opportunities.
The sides also agreed to further strengthen cooperation. Particular attention was paid to opening new labor markets and creating safe employment opportunities for citizens of Uzbekistan, preventing irregular migration, and expanding the coverage of consular services.
