My dear children!

On behalf of our people and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate you on the high award - the Asian Cup, won on the fields of Saudi Arabia Arabia's successful participation in the prestigious tournament among youth teams under 17 years old.

Determined and purposeful young men spent the entire tournament without a single defeat, courageously defending the honor of our Motherland, achieved a record result, undoubtedly writing a new golden page in the history of national football.

What is especially worthy of high recognition is that in the acute final battle against the hosts tournament - a very strong team of Saudi Arabia, despite the pressure, you fought bravely with nine of you against eleven, showing real perseverance and the will to win.

It should be noted that three of our talented players were awarded individual awards at the end of the tournament, Nematillo Rustamjonov was recognized as the best goalkeeper, Asilbek Aliyev - the best scorer, and Sadriddin Khasanov - the best player of the tournament.

Our people see in you bright representatives of the youth of New Uzbekistan, living with high aspirations that conquer the highest peaks, and are rightfully proud of you.

I express my sincere gratitude to you, the parents and mentors who raised you for this historic victory, which has become another practical result of the enormous attention paid in our country to the development of sports, including football.

I am confident that, inspired by this victory, you, as champions of Asia, will perform with dignity at the World Championships this November in Qatar.
