On June 30, 2026, the next round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Sultanate of Oman was held in Muscat.
The delegations were led by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Khalifa al-Harithi.
The consultations focused on strengthening political dialogue between the two countries, enhancing cooperation in the areas of trade, economy, investment, and culture and humanitarian affairs, as well as expanding cooperation within international organizations.
The parties also exchanged views on current international and regional issues.
