On the meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

On January 5, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhromjon Aloyev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Uzbekistan Ahmed Farooq.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of the Uzbek–Pakistani strategic partnership, reviewed the state of cooperation in the political, trade and economic, as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres, and identified priority areas for future cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to the schedule of planned joint visits and events at various levels.
