The Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan Held a Phone Conversation

On December 30, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a phone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin.

During the meeting, shared priorities aimed at further enriching the ties of strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries were discussed. Much was accomplished in 2025 and even more extensive work is planned for 2026.

In the discussion, constructive engagement in building a more prosperous and collaborative future with neighboring countries was emphasized as remaining among the top priorities.
