On telephone conversation of Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Pakistan

On January 6, 2023, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

The Foreign Minister of Pakistan congratulated Bakhtiyor Saidov on his appointment to a high responsible position and wished him success.

The sides expressed their mutual readiness to strengthen the bilateral strategic partnership and mobilize the existing potential for the implementation of all agreements reached following the summit visits.

The Ministers exchanged views on topical issues of bilateral and regional agenda, and also agreed on the schedule of upcoming joint events.
