Meeting with the Ambassador of Lithuania

On November 12, Deputy Foreign Minister Olimjon Abdullayev met with Egidijus Navikas, the Ambassador of Lithuania (residence in Astana) to Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of labor migration, including accelerating the signing of intergovernmental agreements, organizing consular consultations, as well as measures to counter illegal migration and radicalization, were discussed.

The parties confirmed their mutual interest in maintaining a constant dialogue and agreed on joint measures to strengthen cooperation.
